
Tuition Schedule (2023-2024)
The Board of Trustees and the administration believes in the eternal impact of Kingdom Education and strive to keep tuition costs affordable and payment options flexible for our families. Below is the Tuition and Fee Schedule for the 2023-2024 school year.

The Fee portion of Tuition is non-refundable.

- SCISA & ACSI membership
- Student Accident/Health Insurance
- Book,Technology, &Safety/Security fees
- FACTS fee
- Transportation fee
- Yearbook & Parents' Club
- BOOST Day(s) & BOOST Retreat (HS)
- Athletics (MS/HS)
Other Costs
- Registration Fee – $250 per student
- Withdrawal Fee – $250 per student
- Resource Accommodations Fee – $600 per student per year for receiving accommodations at OCA.
Payment Plans
- Pay in Full – Tuition and Fees may be paid in full by June 20, 2023, to avoid monthly payment charges. New families may pay in full at the time of registration to avoid monthly payment charges.
- Monthly Payments – Monthly payments are due in 12 monthly installments, due on the 5th or 20th of the month. Monthly payments will begin either June 5th or June 20th, 2023. There is an additional charge of $120 for the monthly payment option.
- Late Payments – Payments received after the due date are subject to a $25 late fee.
- Pro-rated Tuition – Tuition for students starting after the first day of school or leaving before the last day of school will be pro-rated on a monthly basis. (Fees are charged in full and cannot be pro-rated.)
- Refunds – The Student Fees are non-refundable and vary according to grade level.
Payment Details
Oconee Christian Academy uses FACTS to manage all payments including incidentals. Parents sign-in or create a FACTS Account at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3G4C5 and choose one of the two Tuition Payment Plans (pay in full or monthly), then enter banking information for the checking/savings account, or credit/debit card they wish to use for tuition payments. Parents will also choose their draft date as either the 5th or the 20th of the month. This bank account or card info can be used for the Incidental Plan, or a different payment account can be set up for the Incidental Plan while in FACTS.
*Any family requesting assistance must apply and be approved through the Grant and Aid portion of FACTS. This requires submission of supporting documents such as income and tax forms to verify a need for assistance.
