Oconee Christian Academy uses FACTS to manage and collect all payments. Parents will have a Tuition Agreement and an Incidental Agreement. The same payment method can be linked to both agreements or adifferent payment method can be used per agreement. *Please note that FACTS does charge a conveniencefee to use a credit or debit card, but there is no charge for ACH drafts.

  • Pay in Full – Tuition and Fees may be paid in full by June 20, to avoid monthly payment charges. New families may pay in full at the time of registration to avoid monthly payment charges.
  • Monthly Payments – Monthly payments are due in 12 monthly installments, due on the 5th or 20th of the month, beginning in June (11 monthly payments for ESTF Recipients). There is an additional charge of $120 for the monthly payment option. New Families payments will be divided by the number of payment months remaining in the academic year.
  • Late Payments – Payments received after the due date are subject to a $25 late fee. There is also a FACTS charge of $30 for a return due to insufficient funds.
  • Pro-rated Tuition – Tuition for students starting after the first day of school or leaving before the last day of school will be pro-rated on a monthly basis. (Fees cannot be pro-rated. An early withdrawal fee will apply.)

Discounts

  • Pastoral Discount – OCA appreciates Church Ministry! A 50% tuition discount is offered for Full-Time Church Pastoral Staff after outside forms of financial assistance (such as ESTF) have been applied. This discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to fees. Additionally, upon verification of pastoral status, the Application Fee will be waived.
  • Alumni Discount – OCA values its alumni! OCA graduates are eligible for a 10% alumni tuition discount (20% for two married OCA alumni) after outside forms of financial assistance (such as ESTF) have been applied. This discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to fees.

Tuition Assistance

Families should first apply for the South Carolina ESTF Program which provides funds for private school tuition. (Please ask for deadlines and more information on how to apply for State Funds)

However, for families not eligible for ESTF, OCA is pleased to be able to offer Tuition Assistance when tuition costs are beyond a family's capacity. Families must have a demonstrated need, which is verified through the Grant and Aid Application process in FACTS. Verified needs are then matched as closely as possible to available funds. Recipient families are expected to contribute to OCA in other ways such as: volunteering their time at events, selling concession items, participating in fundraisers, etc.

***Students must have submitted an application for enrollment to be considered for Tuition Assistance.
