Payment Details

Oconee Christian Academy uses FACTS to manage all payments including incidentals. Parents sign in or create a FACTS Account at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3G4C5 and choose one of the two Tuition Payment Plans (pay in full or monthly), then enter banking information for the checking/savings account, or credit/debit card they wish to use for tuition payments. Parents will also choose their draft date as either the 5th or the 20th of the month. This bank account or card info can be used for the Incidental Plan, or a different payment account can be set up for the Incidental Plan while in FACTS.

*Any family requesting Tuition Assistance must first set up a payment plan in FACTS, pay Registration Fees, and then apply for assistance through the Grant and Aid portion of FACTS. This requires the submission of supporting documents such as income and tax forms that FACTS will use to verify income and calculate needs.
